Expanding Across the MENA Region: Our Growth Story

When we launched Jubelbud in Oslo in 2022, we never imagined that two years later we'd be delivering birthday cakes from Dubai to Amman. But here we are — and the journey has been extraordinary.

Why MENA?

The Middle East has one of the world's fastest-growing corporate sectors, with thousands of multinational companies establishing regional headquarters across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Egypt. These companies have large, multicultural teams — and they're deeply committed to building inclusive, celebratory workplace cultures.

When we tested our platform in Dubai in early 2025, the response was immediate. We onboarded 50 corporate clients in the first 90 days. Within six months, we'd expanded to Riyadh. Cairo and Amman followed in 2026.

What's Next

Kuwait City, Manama, and Doha are on our roadmap for later this year. Beyond MENA, we're watching markets in Southeast Asia and West Africa closely. The universal human desire to feel seen and celebrated transcends geography — and HBD.com is built to serve it, anywhere in the world.
