It started with a simple observation: offices were full of people whose birthdays were forgotten. HR managers were spending hours on spreadsheets and manual orders. Something had to change.
We built Jubelbud in Oslo to solve that problem — and when we saw how transformative consistent recognition could be for team culture, we knew we had to scale it. HBD.com is that vision, built for the world.
